Gina Haspel, esp. after Abu Ghraib, gets my vote for the Allen Dulles Ruin-the-World Award. Is there is anyone more singularly evil and decrepit than ol' Gina? No. Pompeo's close but you have to be a deep-seated psychopath to compete on her level.
