Okay. Radio intercepts clearly reveal that the pilots KNEW the ship was American. The brave, decorated sailors (important on this Memorial Day, don’cha think, ‘Dave’?) — who were ON the ship — clearly describe the REPEATED attacks, over several HOURS, as deliberate. Then Secretary of State Dean Rusk and NatSec advisor Clark Clifford described the attack as deliberate. A 3-star Admiral, the 6th Fleet Commander Lawrence Geis, described President Johnson’s intention of covering up for “our ally Israel” and, yet, you, ‘Dave’, are “not seeing anything that says it was an intentional attack”? You are so hasbara, buddy. But I do thank you for the opportunity to post this strong evidence of the insidious Israeli treachery against the people of the United States. That’s why you hasbaras lose whenever you engage in discussions of the USS Liberty (and why I encouraged you into this little trap). It allows us to drill down on the Liberty massacre and convince even more Americans that our true enemy in the “war on terror” is Israel (and, of course, it’s partner-in-terror, Saudi Arabia — thus the new moniker that’s gaining more&more traction, it’s even in The Simpsons, because of discussions like this — Saudi Israelia!)
